Professional Fees:
Hourly Professional Appraisal Fee is $250.00 - Transportation (one-way) to inspection site, inspection, research,
and consultation:
Minimum Appraisal Fee is $500.00
There is a 3-hour minimum cost for a document ($750.00).
“Rush” assignments will incur a 30% premium,
added to the total fee.
Fees for Appraisals are billed by the hour. Fees
are billed due & payable on a weekly basis.
Fee Includes: on-site examination and inventory, market research and valuation, and the writing
of the appraisal document.
Per hour, plus expenses, portal to portal, per appraiser for the
duration of the appraisal report.
Per Diem appraisal
fee availible upon request.
In the event of unusual circumstances, additional fees may be necessary for: extensive or additional research for
unique or rare items, travel & accommodation expenses, fees for the use of outside consultants.

Court Testimony,
Deposition, and Expert Witness Fees
Court, Deposition, &
Expert witness Fees are $350.00 per hour plus expenses as follows: $1,750.00 per morning or afternoon
appearance, or any part thereof.
The court per diem fee
is $3,500.00. Fees are normally due in advance of testimony. Industry discount does not apply
to Court Testimony, Deposition, and Expert Witness Fees
All appraisals follow the American Association of Independent Appraisers
Codes and Ethics: Compliance
with the standards of professional ethics set forth by national and international appraisal societies is of utmost importance.
AAIA Association members have adequate knowledge of and
agree to abide by the "USPAP" Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. All appraisals follow the guidelines
established by the government and subscribe to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. (USPAP) as promulgated
by the Appraisal Standards Board Washington D.C.
AAIA
appraisers do not charge fees based on a percentage of the value or outcome of an appraisal.
All members must abide by the laws and government regulations in the countries,
states, counties and municipalities where they conduct business.
